This extremely advanced unit is the true evolution of night vision optics, thanks to its digital technology which translates into a higher resolution of the image and an increased dependability of the instrument. It features a 2x digital zoom power, laser illuminator, 20-millimeter objective and tripod attachment. Its working distance is about 60 meters, or 70 yards, and it can be used either outdoors (taking advantage of the faint light provided by the moon and the stars) or indoors (activating the laser illuminator when in total darkness). The KonusSpy-4 can be connected to a spotting scope with a #1300 adapter, thus allowing night vision at high magnification power and working distance.
